Present: Mayor Warren Hillukka, Bev Burke, Kyle Dorion, Debbie Stanhope, & Nancy Thompson Auditor/Administrator.
Absent: John Feldman, Pat Burton, Greg Wilmer
Call to Order 5:00 P.M.
1 .Final Budget reviewed Motion by Dorion second by Stanhope to accept the 2010 Budget. Motion carries
2. Motion by Dorion second by Burke to accept second reading of Sale and Use Tax ordinance 2009-2 to increase from 1.5% to 2.5%. Motion carries. Motion by Dorion second by Stanhope to accept the Resolution to increase the Pembina Public Safety
Fund from 33 1/3% to 60%. All Ayes no Nays .Motion carries
Motion to adjourn by Burke at 5:15 p.m.
