City Council Budget Meeting
Date: September 5th, 2023, at 6:00pm

Present: Mayor Mike Fitzgerald,Jeff Watts, Ken Norby, Al Huttunen
Absent: Pat Burton, Renee Thomas, Connor Snitker
Guests: Sherri Carattini, Greg Koropatnicki
Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Mike
BUDGET HEARING
The Budget was discussed. Motion by Watts, seconded by Norby, to set the following mills per fund:
General Fund = 68; City Special Assessments = 8.4; Emergency = 2.5; Library = 1.0; Cemetery = 2.0; Recreation = 2.5; Capital Improvement (Lagoon Project) = 2.0. The total amount to be levied = $137,653.35, a decrease of $.18 from 2022 and a decrease of $.47 from 2023. Opposed by Huttunen; motion carries.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
