Attendance: Council: Richard Senum, Beverly Burke, Pat Burton, Nancy Thompson, John Feldman, Kyle Dorion, Mayor Warren Hillukka. Absent: none
Others Present: Harry Wood
Meeting called to order 7:00 P.M.
1. Public Hearing regarding Vacation of a portion of Ramsey St.
The following opposition was recorded to this proposed vacation of the street and alley as published: none.
Motion by Burton, second by Dorion, to confirm the motion of the Aug. 2 City Council meeting approving the closure of Ramsey Street and adjacent alleys as published. Motion carried, 100% voting aye.
2. Burton made a motion, seconded by Dorion to approve the application of Ammex Tax and Duty Free Shops West, Inc., upon condition that the business assets of Trade ‘N Post are legally transferred to Ammex Tax and Duty Free Shops West, Inc., as confirmed by the office of City Auditor. Motion carried: 100% voting aye.
3. Motion to adjourn by Burke at 7:15.
