Important Information Regarding Local Gaming Permit Requests
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LOCAL GAMING PERMIT REQUESTS
Because of new state rules, every entity that desires a Local Permit must fill out their own Applications (form SFN 9338) and the top of SFN 17926. Those applications must be brought to the City Auditor for presentation to the City Council for approval.
Once approved, the City Auditor will sign form SFN 17926, assign a Permit Number, and submit it along with your application to the ND Gaming Division.
