Council Members Present: Mayor Kyle Dorion, President Ron Fritz, VP Allen Huttunen, Cody Carpenter, Corie Koropatnicki, Melissa Hilliard
Absent: Connor Snitker
City Employees Present: Lisa Plante, Auditor/Administrator, Gary Helland/Public Works Superintendent
Called to order at 5 p.m.
Reviewed Brad’s email for costs of adding the additional reinforcement to the project.
Motion by Fritz second by Hilliard to accept the detailed plans and specs. Roll call vote. Ayes: Fritz, Carpenter, Hilliard and Koropatnicki. Nayes: Huttunen. Motion carries.
Motion by Fritz second by Hilliard to go ahead with the extra rebar for additional reinforcement for the cost of $30,000. Ayes by all present. Motion carries.
Motion by Hilliard second by Koropatnicki to approve the advertising for bids on the project. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Carpenter, Fritz, Hilliard and Koropatnicki. Nayes: Huttunen. Motion carries.
Motion to adjourn by Fritz at 5:05 p.m.
