Official Minutes for September 18th, 2017 Pembina City Council Special Meeting
Council Members Present: Mayor Kyle Dorion, President Ron Fritz, Cody Carpenter, Corie Koropatnicki, Connor Snitker and Melissa Hilliard.
Absent: VP Al Huttunen
City Employees Present: Lisa Plante, Auditor/Administrator
Meeting called to order by Mayor Dorion at 6:03 p.m.
Veto
Mayor Dorion presented his veto of the motion made by Council member Huttunen from 9/11/17 to increase property tax to build a Capital Improvement fund. He explained his reasons to the council and explained to them they could over rule his veto. No motion was made to do so.
2018 Preliminary Budget
Motion by Hilliard, second by Fritz to approve the 2018 preliminary budget. Ayes by all present. Motion carries.
Motion to adjourn by Fritz at 6:09 p.m.
