City Council Reorganization Meeting

 

Attendance:  Mayor Warren Hillukka; Council:  Beverly Burke, Greg Wilmer, John Feldman, Debbie Stanhope, Greg Truax and Daniel Waldrop

Present: Aud. /Adm. Nancy Thompson

Others Present: 

 

Reorganization Meeting called to order @ 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Hillukka.

• Oath of office administered to elected Council
• Appointments made by the Mayor Nancy Thompson, Aud. /Adm.; Fleming DuBois & Fleming LLP City Attorneys & Widseth, Smith & Nolting City Engineers.  Committee appointments also made. Motion by Wilmer second by Stanhope to accept appointments.  Motion carries unanimously. 

• Motion by Wilmer second by Truax to re-elect Feldman as council president and Burke as council vice-president. Ayes Truax, Waldrop, Stanhope and Wilmer .Nays none. Feldman & Burke abstain Motion carries.

 

• Motion to adjourn by Burke at 7:30 p.m.
