Special Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm
Roll Call: Renee Thomas, Connor Snitker, Mike Fitzgerald, Ken Norby, Allen Huttunen
Absent: Jeff Watts, Pat Burton
Guests: Debi Stainbrook, Greg Koropatnicki, Brad Bail, Rob Fleming, Ted Symington, Ester Symington, Carolyn Jordahl, Bob Jordahl
- Symington Culvert – Discussion of culvert and what the agreement states. Motion to approve the permit and contract as presented with the condition that they are putting in the drainage tiles to ensure there is proper drainage by Huttunen, seconded by Snitker. All ayes present. Motion carries. He will also need a building permit.
- FEMA update – updated council on FEMA. Paperwork has been submitted.
- City Truck – 1995 Ford F250 pickup – This truck has been sitting at the city shop for a couple of years and doesn’t run. Motion to sell truck to Conrad for $300 by Snitker, seconded by Thomas. 3 ayes, 1 nay. Motion carries.
