City Council Reorganization Meeting

 

Attendance: Mayor Kyle Dorion; Council:,Ron Fritz, Melissa Hilliard, Connor Snitker and Mike Fitzgerald.

Absent: Cody Carpenter, Al Huttunen

Present: Aud. /Adm. Lisa Hall

Others Present: Rob Fleming

 

Reorganization Meeting called to order @ 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Dorion.

 

 

• Oath of office administered to elected Council

 

• Appointments made by the Mayor: Lisa Hall, Aud. /Adm.; Fleming DuBois & Fleming LLP City Attorneys & Widseth, Smith & Nolting City Engineers. Motion by Snitker second by Hilliard to accept appointments. Ayes by all present. Motion carries.

 

• Motion by Hilliard second by Fitzgerald to elect Fritz as Council President and Snitker as Council Vice President. Ayes: Hilliard and Fitzgerald. Absent and not voting Huttunen and Carpenter. Fritz and Snitker abstain. Motion carries.

 

• Committee appointments also made by Mayor Dorion. Motion by Snitker second by Hilliard to approve committee appointments. Ayes all present. Motion carries.

 

• Motion to adjourn by Fritz at 5:10 p.m.
