Attendance: Mayor Warren Hillukka. Council: John Feldman, Richard Senum, Larry Pelletier, Absent: Beverly Burke, Jeff Carpenter, Melissa Grafe.
Present: K. Johnson, Aud./Adm.
Others Present: none
Meeting called to order 4:45 P.M. by Mayor Hillukka
Motion by Senum, second by Feldman, to approve a contract with Invisimax to use the city’s water tower for placement of wireless internet equipment, pending approval of city engineer, city insurance, and the city’s attorney, and on condition that the Professional Building be provided service in exchange for use of the tower; such contract to be reviewed in 5 years. Motion Carried, all voting aye.
Motion to adjourn by Feldman at 5:10 p.m.
