Council Members Present: Mayor Mike Fitzgerald, President Jeff Watts, VP Ron Fritz, Jennifer Martin, Greg Koropatnicki and Pat Burton

Others present: Brian Osowski-AMKO via phone and Fire Chief Blaine Eisenbeis
Meeting called to order by Mayor Fitzgerald at 6:00 p.m.
AMKO Fire Department Rig Bond- Motion by Fritz second by Martin to go forward with the bond for the new rigs for the fire department. Roll Call: Ayes: Fritz, Martin, Koropatnicki, Burton and Watts. Nays: none. Absent and not voting: Huttunen. Motion carries. Lisa will get together with the FD Chief to determine payment date and will let Brian know tomorrow.
AMKO Sales Tax Bond- Motion by Watts second by Burton to move forward with the refinancing of consolidating Sales Tax Bond Series 2012 & 2014. Ayes all present. Motion carries.
Offer on Property- Motion by Watts second by Martin to accept the offer of $2,000 per lot from Trevor Kneeshaw for Lots 3-5, BLK 53 Replat of OT City of Pembina. Ayes all present. Motion carrries.
4th Street Survey- Motion by Burton second by Watts to have WSN complete the survey of 4th Street. Ayes all present. Motion carries.
Christmas Lights- Blaine, Ron and Jeff will get together and put up the lights this week in Gary’s absence.
Motion to adjourn by Fritz at 6:19 p.m.
