Official Special Meeting Minutes December 28th 2010 City Council Meeting
Attendance: Mayor Warren Hillukka Council Beverly Burke, John Feldman, Greg Wilmer, Pat Burton & Kyle Dorion
Absent: Debbie Stanhope
Present: Aud. /Adm. Nancy Thompson
Others Present: Jay Underberg & Farol Ranes
Public Portion: Jay Underberg and Farol Ranes were here as they had questions on ordinance 20011-1 (smoking ban)
Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Hillukka 5:45p.m
1. A) Motion by Dorion to amend his motion from December 13th meeting (to go with Choice financial on the refinancing of the Professional Building loan, unless CSB can meet the quoted rate from Choice financial if CSB can then go with CSB.) Motion Seconded by Feldman. Motion carries b) Motion by Dorion Second by Feldman to refinance the professional building loan through CSB. Roll call Vote ayes: Burton, Burke, Dorion, Feldman, and Wilmer. Nays: none absent and not voting Stanhope, Burke abstains. Motion carries
2: Motion by Feldman Second by Burton to accept first reading of ordinance 2011-1 (smoking Ban) Roll call Vote ayes: Burton, Burke, Dorion, and Feldman, Nays: Wilmer. Absent and not voting Stanhope.
Motion by Burke to adjourn at 6:15p.m.
