FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS ASSISTANT
City of Pembina, ND
The City of Pembina is looking for a Part-Time (30+ hours/week) Public Works Assistant that will work directly with and under the supervision of the City’s Public Works Superintendent.
Wage is $24+ per hour, depending on experience.
Ideally, this person will have the following qualifications:
·The ability to operate loaders, tractors, & mowers
·The ability to maintain various equipment at city properties
·The ability to lift 50 lbs.
·Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Overview: Needed at the Pembina ND plant (324 S 5th St.): Full-time M-F 2:30pm-11pm Production Worker; salary DOE; must be able to provide clear criminal record check. Perform trouble shooting and maintenance of production machines. Ability to read and comprehend drawings. Ensure product is to customer drawings and specifications. Identify any issues with manufacturing equipment and report to supervisor. Keep workstation clean and help with plant organization. Ability to work independently without supervision. Have no physical restrictions and be able to lift up to 50#. Must be able to maintain productivity levels. Forklift certificate a plus. Maintain production material and supplies inventories. Runs production machines to form and trim Plasticom Inc. products. Packages Plasticom Inc. products for shipping. Other duties as assigned/needed. Training provided.
