K-12 served through North Border School District, consolidated in 2005. 

Pembina School was part of the North Border Sports Co-Op (a precursor to the North Border School District) which produced the 2003 and 2004 Regional Football Champions and 2001 ND State Class B Boys Basketball Champs

Utility Bills are sent out by the 26th of the month, and the payment is due by the 20th of the following month.
If you use the on-line billing service, be sure to pay 48 hours before the due date, as it takes PSN 48 hours to notify the CIty of payments received.
