Official Special Meeting Minutes January 12, 2011^th City Council Meeting

Attendance: Council Beverly Burke, John Feldman, Greg Wilmer, Pat Burton, Debbie Stanhope & Kyle Dorion

Absent Mayor Warren Hillukka, Deputy Aud. Lisa Plante

Present: Aud. /Adm. Nancy Thompson

Others Present: Brett &Jenny Stanhope

Special Meeting was called to order by Council President Feldman 5:30p.m

Ordinance NO.2011-1 was read by Council President Feldman

1: Motion by Burton Second by Dorion to accept Second reading of ordinance 2011-1 (smoking Ban) Roll call Vote ayes: Burton, Burke, Dorion, and Stanhope, Nays: Wilmer. Motion carries.

After Final Passage and Publication this ordinance shall become effective February 1^ST, 2011.

Motion by Burke to adjourn at 5:40p.m
