Minutes of Oct. 22, 2003 Special Council Meeting
Attendance: Council: Richard Senum, Beverly Burke, Pat Burton, Larry Pelletier, John Feldman, Mayor Warren Hillukka. Absent: Jeff Carpenter
Present: K. Johnson, Aud./Adm.
Meeting called to order 5:05 P.M.
1. Zoning Committee recommends approval of the conditional use permit submitted by Valley Crete as amended. Motion by Burton, second by Burke, to approve the amended Conditional Use Permit. Motion carried unanimously.
2. Review of tax exemption application of Valley Crete. Motion by Feldman, second by Senum, to approve a tax exemption for the $500,000 new construction of 100% for 5 years. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Motion to adjourn by Burke at 5:35 p.m.
