You must bring the deposit and rental fees to the City Office and confirm your reservation. The City Auditor will post your dates and times to the calendar : Community Center & Pavilion

GENERAL RULES:

 1. A $150 deposit AND payment of rent is required IN ADVANCE prior to collecting the Community Center key from the City Office. FOR WEEKEND EVENTS, KEYS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.

2. If the Center is cleaned up after your event, the deposit will be returned. If the Center is left in disarray, the deposit will be kept by the city.

THE LARRY J. WILWANT COMMUNITY CENTER is a fantastic venue for any type of gathering--graduation, bridal shower, birthday, anniversary, holidays, etc. You can schedule an event by coming to the City Office. There's a $150 Deposit required prior to renting. PAYMENT MUST BE PAID AT THE CITY PRIOR TO USE.

• Current prices for community center rental:
• Less than 4 hours - $60/day
• More than 4 hours - $150/day
• Weekend event - $200/day
• $50 extra to use the kitchen

CLEANING LIST - COMMUNITY CENTER:

1. Empty all garbage and replace garbage liners

2. Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors and entry ways

3. Clean glass on doors, if needed

4. Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized

5. Clean the kitchen thoroughly - including refrigerator, stove, microwave, sinks, & counters

THE PAVILION is a great place in South Pembina to host events near the Ball Field, the Playground, and the Boat Ramp. You can schedule by coming to the City Office.

• Pavilion rental is $25.00/day. A $75.00 Deposit will also be required prior to renting. PAYMENT MUST BE PAID AT THE CITY OFFICE PRIOR TO USE.
  

 CLEANING LIST - PAVILION:

1. Empty all garbage and replace garbage liners

2. Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors and entry ways

3. Clean tables

4. Remove trash, etc. from exterior property

5. Clean any ashes or residue from fires or other activities
