UnOfficial Special Meeting Minutes for March 6, 2024, Pembina City Budget Meeting and Council Meeting

 

Date: March 6^th, 2024, at 6:30pm

Location: Professional Building

Present: Renee Thomas (by phone), Pat Burton, Jeff Watts, Connor Snitker, Al Huttunen, Mayor Mike Fitzgerald

Absent: Ken Norby

Guests: Sherri Carattini

 

Special Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm

 

Agenda: Auditor Job – Would like to offer Teresa Stoiber the position. Hours will be 8am – 4:30pm with a half-hour lunch. Motion to approve $46,000/year salary with health insurance rebate of $400/month, Vacation and Sick/Personal Time, and NDPERS by Burton, seconded by Thomas. Roll call vote - all ayes present, one absent. Motion carries.

 

Adjournment – Motion to adjourn at 6:39 PM by Thomas.
