City Council Reorganization Meeting

 

Attendance:  Mayor Warren Hillukka; Council:  Kyle Dorion, Beverly Burke, Greg Wilmer. Absent: John Feldman, Debbie Stanhope

Present: Aud. /Adm. Nancy Thompson

Others Present: 

 

Reorganization Meeting called to order @ 3:30 p.m. by Mayor Hillukka.

  • Oath of office administered to elected Council & Mayor
  • Appointments made by the Mayor Nancy Thompson, Aud. /Adm.; Neil Fleming City Attorney & Dan Johnson City Engineer.  Committee appointments also made. Motion by Dorion second by Burke to accept appointments.  Motion carries unanimously. 
  • Motion by Dorion second by Wilmer to re-elect Feldman as council president. Motion carries unanimously. 
  • Motion by Dorion second by Wilmer to re-elect Burke as council vice-president. Motion carries unanimously.
  • Appointments made by the Auditor/ Adm Nancy Thompson, Lisa Plante as Deputy Auditor Motion by Wilmer second by Burke to accept appointment.  Motion carried unanimously. 
  • Motion by Dorion second by Wilmer to use the Ambulance for the cleaning of Community center and the professional building. Motion carries.

 Motion to adjourn by Burke at 4:00 p.m.
