Special City Council Meeting

Present: Beverly Burke, Debbie Stanhope, Rick Senum, and Mayor Warren Hillukka.
Absent: John Feldman, Nancy Thompson, Kyle Dorion
Others Present: Aud./Admin. Kathy Johnson, Jim Karas
Call to order at 7 p.m.
1. Karas presented problem with debris left outside 372 Renville St. which has been left out six weeks already. Council will review this with attorney at the Oct. 2 meeting.
2. Review of all account budgets. Changes noted and made.
3. Water/sewer budget needs help. Contracts with largest water users will be a must, and software to run the system in a business-like manner will be needed.
4. Discussed annexation of golf course property. Budget will be reviewed again prior to the end of the year.
5. Motion to adjourn by Burke, 10:00 p.m.
