Official Special Meeting Minutes April17^th, 2014^th City Council Meeting

 

 

Attendance: Mayor Kyle Dorion, Council Beverly Burke, Greg Wilmer, John Feldman Dan Waldrop and Deb Stanhope

Absent: Greg Truax

Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kyle Dorion 9:30 a.m.

 

Nate with HDR discussed with Council on rebidding the Levee project right away but separating into two independent components consisting of Alt 1 – Floodwall and Alt 2 – Embankment and Miscellaneous. Feldman moved to accept the Resolution directing advertisings for bids on the Flood protection system modification and separating into two independent components consisting of Alt 1 – Floodwall and Alt 2 – Embankment and Miscellaneous second by Wilmer. Ayes, Feldman, Waldrop, Stanhope, Burke and Wilmer Nays: none absent and not voting, Truax. Motion carried.

 

 

Motion by Burke to adjourn at 9:40 a.m.
